Dr. Lauren Letz, DC
Dr. Lauren Letz loves being a chiropractor and feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to help others! Dr. Letz graduated Summa Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic as the class Salutatorian. She realized her calling to be a chiropractor while attending Texas A&M University, where her studies focused on Biomedical Science and Clinical Nutrition. She is very passionate about the importance of the spine being in the correct alignment, as well as the importance of proper physical fitness and nutrition. Dr. Letz takes great pride in her ability to focus on the patients needs. She works diligently to not only repair current problems but works to create a healthy environment so future spinal injuries do not arise. Dr. Letz treats her patients using a “whole body approach.” Her philosophy on health care is summed up in Thomas Edison’s famous quote, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
To understand her philosophy is to understand her favorite line, “You have only one spine and there is no such thing as a spinal transplant.”
Dr. Letz is always working to increase her levels of professionalism. In August of 2013, she completed her certification and is now offering Trigger Point Dry Needling as an adjunct to all the other Chiropractic services. In March of 2010, she completed the Certification program for the Titleist Performance Institute. For her patients that play golf, this gives her a great ability to treat from an incredible level of knowledge; allowing her to treat not only from a Chiropractic arena but also in the area of improving a patients ability to play better golf.
Dr. Andrea Roberts
Associate Doctor/Nutritional Expert
Dr. Andrea Roberts joined Path to Wellness in February of 2014.
She is, however, no stranger to the Fort Worth area as she has practiced here since 2009. She was formerly known as Dr. Sequeira and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Andrea was born in Heredia, Costa Rica and is the younger of two daughters. She always knew she wanted to be in the healthcare field. A basketball injury in college involving her neck put her on the path to what eventually became her specialty. She attended Midwestern State University before transferring to Parker University, where she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Health & Wellness and Human Anatomy as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2009. Considering herself a “student for life,” she has completed post-graduate work in clinical nutrition, biomechanics, metabolic conditions, healthy aging, and female and male health.
Because of her background, she has always enjoyed working with athletes. During her last year as an intern at Parker, Dr. Roberts had the honor of being selected to be one of two Team Doctors at the American Junior Olympic Baseball Tournament in Venezuela.

Medical Massage Therapist
Amy Maddux was born in Oklahoma and moved to Texas when she was 22. Amy, her two young children and her husband, were stationed in New Mexico with the Air Force four years. Fortunately, they were able to get orders to Fort Worth in 2003 and loved it so much they decided to retire here.
Amy has a passion for working out and being healthy. She has been a certified CrossFit coach since 2010 and believes strength and form are crucial to overall fitness, health and injury prevention. Her path in CrossFit helped her realize and see that form, strength, mobility and injury prevention all go hand in hand in creating better movement patterns for overall health and well being.
In 2011 she had a minor knee surgery and decided then that she wanted to become a massage therapist. Once her children were in High School she enrolled in the Institute of Body Works Studies, where she attended school part time while continuing to coach CrossFit. Amy loves helping others by making changes in their range of motion, muscle imbalances and pain reduction through manual therapy. She firmly believes many surgeries can be avoided through manual therapy and loosening up restricted range of motion due to tight muscles and muscular imbalances.
Amy’s desire to help others has led her to gain additional training in various modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, PNF stretching, myofascial release and TMD. She is currently working on obtaining her certification in NKT. Amy is very passionate about her job and is continually researching ways to improve her skills to be able to better serve her clients.
